This design/build gut renovation preserves existing historical detail while introducing a fresh contemporary palette to the 19th Century brownstone. The renovation gutted and modernized two upstairs apartments, and provided new amenities to the parlor and garden floor duplex. Hallmarks of the completed project include an open kitchen and dining room, a new backyard deck, and two new bedrooms with exposed brick walls.
